All the team at HENT Consulting have a background in strategy and organisational consulting. We mobilise our expertise and know how to bring performance and innovation to our clients – mainly in the real estate industry : Corporate Real Estate & Workplace, Investors and Landlords, Asset Managers, Property Managers, Facility Managers, Social Housing.

Our clients own, promote and operate tertiary, logistic, industrial, commercial, real estate and housing assets for investment purposes, core business support or social aspects.

 

Independent from real estate operators and brokers, we position ourselves exclusively as a strategy and management consulting firm. We lead projects with strategic issues such as strategic plans, reorganisations, mergers, outsourcing, strategy and digital transformation.

 

We are active members of French and international associations dedicated to benchmark and innovation in the Real Estate sector (Association of Real Estate Directors, Corenet Global, Smart Building Alliance, etc.).
